Shipping rates and delivery times

Innova Europe offers flat rate shipping (except some larger equipment like baskets) to all European Union & some worldwide countries. Shipping price depends on the location of the receiver. All orders will be completed from Innova Europe warehouse in Estonia. If an order is made during working days then your order will be sent out within 24 hours. Delivery time for products in stock is 1-4 business days inside Baltics and 3-8 days in the rest of Europe. 

 

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to all orders in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We offer free shipping for orders worth at least 100€ to all other EU locations.

 

Important

Please always fill in all necessary customer information, including your phone number (with country code) and email address before finalizing your order. We will only contact you by phone in case there are items that are out-of-stock in your order. You will also receive a text message to your mobile phone when your order is ready to be picked up. To your email address, we will send information about your order, including your order confirmation.
