Shipping rates and delivery times

Innova Europe offers flat rate shipping (except some larger equipment like baskets) to all European Union & some worldwide countries. Shipping price depends on the location of the receiver. All orders will be completed from Innova Europe warehouse in Estonia. If an order is made during working days then your order will be sent out within 24 hours. Delivery time for products in stock is 1-4 business days inside Baltics and 3-8 days in the rest of Europe. 

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. For the rest of Europe, free shipping is available on orders of €100 or more. For the United States, free shipping is available on orders of US$150 or more, and for Canada, on orders of C$200 or more.

Please always fill in all necessary customer information, including your phone number (with country code) and email address before finalizing your order. We will only contact you by phone in case there are items that are out-of-stock in your order. You will also receive a text message to your mobile phone when your order is ready to be picked up. To your email address, we will send information about your order, including your order confirmation.
